Terraza Grup reserves the right to rectify the prices and/or availability if the system has done any mistake. In this case, Terraza Grup will notify in 48 hours the error, giving the alternative to the client of paying the difference or annulling the reserve.
At your arrival, you will be informed which room or apartment you will have. If you have a preference or special request, please inform us at the moment of booking, we could take note of them and try to do our best according to the availability of the check in date.
Hotel 1935 & apartments has limited indoor and outdoor parking spaces. It is therefore necessary to reserve a space in advance. It is also necessary to book the other additional services on offer.
CANCELLATION:
-WE ARE MORE FLEXIBLE: for stays with check in until March, 27st 2024 and from September, 22th 2024: cancellation or modification* of the reservation without cost until 24 hours before the day of arrival.
-FLEXIBLE: for stays with check in between March, 28st 2024 and June, 27th 2024 (both dates included): cancellation or modification* of the reservation without cost until 48 hours before the day of arrival.
-HIGH SEASON: for stays with check in between June, 28th 2024 and September, 21th 2024 (both dates included): cancellation or modification* of the reservation without cost until 72 hours before the day of arrival.
* In case of modification of the reservation, the price will vary according to the new dates chosen.
If canceled within the above mentioned term before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged and the booking will be canceled.

In compliance with the tourist tax regulation applied since November, 1st 2012. There will be the city tax charge per person and per night not included in the final price of the reservation.
HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. The check-in is from 16:00pm until 22:00pm and the check-out from 08:00am until 12:00am. Outside of this timetables, please do not hesitate to contact us.
APARTMENTS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. The check-in is from 16:00pm until 22:00pm and the check-out from 08:00am until 10:00am. Outside of this timetables, please do not hesitate to contact us.
