Terraza Grup reserves the right to rectify the prices and/or availability if the system has done any mistake. In this case, Terraza Grup will notify in 48 hours the error, giving the alternative to the client of paying the difference or annulling the reserve.
Booking at Terraza Grup implies the acceptance of the prevention and protection measures of the Covid-19 applied according to the regulations and appropriate to the establishment. It also implies the acceptance of the possible access limitations and/or restrictions in certain services and/or areas of the establishment such are common areas, swimming pool, F&B services,...
WE ARE MORE FLEXIBLE: For reservations with check-in between June 1 and July 31, 2020, cancellation or modification* of the reservation without cost until 24 hours before the day of arrival.
* In case of modification of the reservation, the price will vary according to the dates chosen.
CANCELLATION (Reservations with check-in outside the above dates): If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

In compliance with the tourist tax regulation applied since November, 1st 2012. There will be the city tax charge per person and per night not included in the final price of the reservation.
CANCELLATION: If cancelled 7 days before the arrival date, no fees will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged to the credit card and the reservation will be cancelled
HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. The check-in is from 16:00pm until 22:00pm and the check-out from 08:00am until 12:00am. Outside of this timetables, please do not hesitate to contact us.
APARTMENTS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. The check-in is from 16:00pm until 22:00pm and the check-out from 08:00am until 10:00am. Outside of this timetables, please do not hesitate to contact us.
